Ok today I'm trying to deal with a basic problem: Accessing the m**ther***g games on MLB."TV"!!!
Today I paused an archived game and lost the game entirely: when i came back--nothing. And repeated attempts to reaccess the game are so far a failure. So I did the only thing one can do in this day and age--sent an desparate ineffective email to a probaby non-existent service department. Lets hope I have some good news to report soon. Otherwise, this blog's name will be changing.

You might want to improve the support on this website too.
i just sent the following email (see below), and I have no idea whether it was transmitted sucessfully because the site doesnt give me any notice. such as "your question was submitted sucessfully" or a case number, or anything. It just sends me to a blank support form, giving the impression that my email did not take.

I paused this archived game about 20 minutes in, and when i came back, it was gone, tried to play it again, and it is not responding. when to the scoreboard to try again and still cant get the game to restart. what is going on? I hesitate to use the play or pause button, as it seems i loose the damn game everytime. Does the pause work or not?
when I did get it to play (this is before i paused it) it was all audio with frozen pictures--not what i paid for to say the least!
I am using the exact same settings i did when i was sucessfully getting spring games and the mets opening day game. so far, i am pretty frustrated with your service.
Why wont it let me get this game??Am I doing something wrong?
